school was to build a sensory garden
with a variety of sights, textures,
sounds and scents. There are two
rock water features made from
different types of rock to give
different sounds and feel as they
run. We chose a variety of flowers
for scents all year and plants that
have scented foliage when brushed
against. We selected soft fruit
bushes, hazelnuts and grapevines
to provide fruit to eat and to
encourage birds and other wildlife.
